Welcome to the Outdoor Education experience for international students
A friendly caring environment welcomes international students. The College motto "Essayez", ie try your best, encourages students to participate. The Outdoor Education programme works on a "challenge by choice" policy.
Students can participate in a wide range of sporting and cultural activities through the College and in local community groups eg aquatic centre, artificial hockey turf and golf course. Canoe polo is one of the College's strengths.
The Outdoor Education programme includes: rope work, kayaking, mountainbiking, bushcraft, orienteering, navigation and environmental care code. Optional snow trip Term 3 to Mt Ruapehu (2.5 hrs north).
