Year 9 and year 10 students are placed in streamed classes that best suit their learning needs.  The Dean of a particular year level assigns students into classes after carefully considering the Curriculum Level of each student.



However, some children do not neatly fall into the blue bands in the table.   There are reasons for not doing so:
  • they have special learning needs
  • they are gifted
  • they come from language backgrounds other than English
