Junior Activity Week
Most students in year 10 are expected to produce work at curriculum level 5A.  Parents / caregivers should have a clear idea of how their student is making progress through the curriculum levels.  Progress should have been outlined either through previous school reports or contact with teachers.
Throughout the year, students in the extension class may have the opportunity to complete reading logs for Level 1 Achievement Standard 90854.  The reading logs may be stored until formal submissions are made in the following year. However, use of stored work means the highest grade allocated and recorded by NZQA will be an Achieved.  Students must otherwise complete all work for the standard in one year, if would they like the possibility of being awarded a higher grade.

B = basic
P = proficient
A = advanced

Students and parents/caregivers may check curriculum levels in each subject  by going through the Student/Parent Portal.
