Speed stacking
  Speed Stacking 

 For this unit you will demonstrate the following Speed stacking Skills
  • The 3-3-3 Stack - This is the first basic pyramid in sport stacking - Its the place to start. Below is a video that outlines how to do the 3-3-3 stack



  • The 3-6-3 stack is level 3 and works on the fast way to build 6 stacks. 

 

  • The Cycle stack is level 5 and the final level you will  need to master. This stack is the most complex and is made up of 3 phases. You will need to watch two Videos, phase 1 of the cycle, master that then move onto Phase 2
