- Healthy Breakfast choices
Open your healthy Eating Presentations and answer the following questions and you work through the power point.
1) Why is breakfast Important?
2) What can happen if you miss Breakfast?
3) Design 2 lunches that you could make for school 
4) What are some healthy snack options you could bring to school?
5) What does the traffic light system mean in relation to food?
