In your puberty document/presentation brainstorm things that influence body image. Below is an example to get you started.
Male vs Female Body Image
Split the class into 2 groups male and female
Boys: Brainstorm what the media would have us believe is the perfect female shape
Females: Brainstorm what the media would have us believe is the perfect male shape
Discuss the answers as a class.

Write
a letter to the editor of a fashion magazine or the producer of a TV show
complaining about the images portrayed by the models and actors in their
magazine/show. Point out the effects is has on young people and make some
suggestions and how they could portray a more realistic image.
