HACKY 
 
Hacky is an activity that can be played individually or with a group of people by kicking a ball with your feet. In addition to the feet, pretty much any other part of the body can be used except for the hands or arms – just like in soccer.
 
There are 3 basic kick - inside (left and right), outside (left and right) and toe kick.
 
Keep your feet low; it may seem hard at first, but you skill will undoubtedly increase if you can kick low balls. Also, this helps with kicking too hard, or having kicks go off in random places; the knee is a pivot, and it will not go perfectly straight up.

3 juggles off any body parts (other than arms) with a catch in the hands to finish

Level 2

6 juggles off any body parts (other than arms) with a catch in the hands to finish

Level 3

20 juggles off any body parts (other than arms) with a catch in the hands to finish

Level 4

=

4 points

50 juggles off any body parts (other than arms) with a catch in the hands to finish

Level  5

=

5 points

80 juggles off any body parts (other than arms) with a catch in the hands to finish

Or

3 times the following sequences without dropping or stopping

  • Head, chest, thigh, foot

Only three balls can be used from the following, tennis ball, mini soccer ball or blue dodge ball.
