Hauora

Using what you have just learnt about the four dimensions of Hauora complete the following task.

Tahi

- Design a slide presentation that describes what Hauora means to you. On each slide you will focus on a different aspect of Hauora. An example presentation has been uploaded for you to get some ideas from. You can find this at the bottom of the page under resources.

DO NOT COPY THIS EXAMPLE.

When you have finished, Google share the document with your teacher.

Rua
- Either using a picture and a description, show how each letter of the alphabet describes your own personal Hauora

     e.g.
                A = Aeroplanes
                B = Baking muffins
                C = Cats

Homework

So you have worked out what Haoura means to you personally, but what do you think it means for other people?

Before next health class you need to create a google doc that answers the following questions. When you have completed them please share it with your teacher.

1. What does health mean to you?
2. What does health mean to your family?
3. What does health mean to your peers?
4. What or whom do you believe has had the greatest impact on how you see health to date? Why?
