Puberty

Your body might be changing on the outside and you may be feeling different things, both emotionally and physically, on the inside. Puberty is not a choice it will affect us all in unique and different ways and at different times. The important thing to remember is that everyone will go through puberty at some stage. The more you know about puberty and these changes, the more comfortable and confident you will be, now and in the years ahead.
