PRESS UP POSITION: Lower - Raise 

We do Physical Training (PT) every morning from 0830hrs
It ranges from:
-  Circuit Training
-  Distance Running
-  Interval Training
-  Weights
-  Pack March's
-  Equipment March
-  Swimming
-  Games

We want our students to be physically fit enough to pass the Defence Force Fitness Testing consisting of:

  Beep Test Press Ups Sit Ups
Female  7.1   14  30
 Male 7.1  30  30

However these are the standards we use as minimum requirements:

  Beep Test   Press Ups Sit Ups
 Female  8.5  20  50
 Male 10.5  50  50
