Junior Activity Week 

YEAR 10 MUSIC

 
Students who study music at this level should be in at least their second year of Music
Studies or doing Grade 2 Rockshool, Trinity or Associated Boards.

Curriculum: Basic Theory, Guitar , Keyboard , Musical Knowledge,  Composition , Aural recognition.

Time allotment: 6 months, 5 lessons per fortnight (Normally 3 practical, 2 theory)

Assessed units: Solo performance, group performance,  guitar practical, keyboard practical and musical knowledge.

Assessment outline: Standards based assessments in Performance, Composition and Musical Knowledge.
